- Removing winrar.lng. By removing
winrar.lng2 on directory (C:)\Program Files\WinRAR. This is the easiest way to change the language setting on WinRar from local language into English. - Download the English Version. If the first try failed, you can uninstall the WinRar of the local language and then download it again from the official website and install it with English version.
